Become a Conference Vendor
Becoming a vendor at our annual educational conference is a great way to showcase your products and services to a group of industry professionals. Vendors are also promoted along with our annual event.
Please carefully read through the vendor details below.
Single Vendor Booth – $1,250.00 USD
– 10′ X 10′ space
– One (1) 8′ table (draped table, two chairs, waste basket)
– Load in: Monday, July 28th, 2025 – 8:00 am – 4:30 pm
– Breakdown: Thursday, July 31st, 2025 – 3:45 pm -6:00 pm
– Two (2) Breakfasts and Two (2) Lunches included per day
– Electricity and wifi available.
Vendors will be listed in our event program, social media blasts, website, and event page.
Vendors will receive notice of approval or denial within three business days of application.
Vendors with custom invoices must be fully paid 30 days before the conference.
Tickets to attend the Annual Educational Conference are not included in vendor space, but are available for addtional purchase.
Non-service dogs will not be permitted without express written permission from the IACP.
