Hi! I'm Elise, the owner and trainer of Peaceful Pups Dog Training LLC in San Diego.
Peaceful Pups started after I graduated Pro Train's dog training school and became an IACP certified trainer.
I am a balanced trainer, but I do things a little differently than most balanced trainers out there. I believe in implementing rules and boundaries with the dogs, but I will train your dog (and you!) mainly through the use of the right energy and body language, as well as through extensive leash work. I generally avoid many of the corrective tools that some trainers use because I believe that, YOU are the most important dog training tool there is! To get your dog to show true obedience, I believe it should be through respect and leadership.
Starting in April of 2024, Peaceful Pups Dog Training became the only dog training company in San Diego to not only offer a 20 min. free consultation, but to also offer a free 30 min. educational session (package purchases only) prior to the first lesson; solely to educate the you (the dog owner) on different dog training techniques, dog care, and dog health.
